How to Start a Return

Contact ASLANYM before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the request. We will review the request and provide the correct return instructions if the return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details about the issue. ASLANYM will cover return shipping when a return is required for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Other Approved Returns

For other approved returns, we will provide the applicable return shipping instructions and any costs that apply before you send the item.

Please do not send a return to the sender address shown on a package or to any other address unless ASLANYM has provided that address as part of your return instructions.
